Simple to follow tutorial on creating an image effect in Flash using a mask. Basically, the image is masked by a small circle that travels around the image and then zooms out to reveal the entire image. Nothing too fancy, but a nice tutorial to get beginners acquainted with using masks. I would skip steps 6 and 7, since they are a little time consuming if your just looking to learn about masks (they create the “strobe” effect on the image), but otherwise a pretty good tutorial.
