Definitely not the most in-depth tutorial around for creating this effect, but if you are already familiar with Flash, specifically the transform tool, importing files and setting up layer masks, this is a quick tutorial on how to create a magnifying glass effect. While I would consider this a Flash effect for beginners, I can’t say this is a beginner tutorial. However, if you know a little bit about Flash, but just can’t seem to figure out how to do this effect, give this tutorial a try. Either way, it’s a quick read, so might be just what some people are looking for.
